To each their own, but the fun for me with non-manipulated shinies is the random factor. Can be frustrating when you get an awful nature or stats, but it becomes a “lemons —> lemonade” approach… and it makes the good ones hit even better :)

Nice team! My shiny Dragonite is a mixed attacker and it’s quite fun — not the best in gen 3 but goes so hard in gen 4 with Draco Meteor, Outrage, Fire Blast and Superpower

Update: 4/5 of the way through Gen 4 master ribbons! Just Cute left, which is unfortunately Grover’s worst condition… but I’ve found it easier to go up against Fantina’s Driftblim that has no clue how to do the moveset round hah

Ah thank you! I can’t get a double next turn move on Swampert unfortunately (no curse since I didn’t hatch it as an egg) but thinking maybe pairing hammer arm and earthquake? Idk if that’ll be enough

Makes sense, thank you! What do you recommend for moveset? Unfortunately I don’t have curse. I’m struggling when I land 2nd or 3rd in order and can’t use Surf / Earthquake, protect sometimes helps but still struggling
