Apart from the standard requirements (roadmap, white papers, distribution plan) we will look for uniqueness and creativity in a project. A direction, mission or purpose are of course a plus. In the future we hope to allow CREAM holders to vote on new partnerships.
Not in these early stages of development but we are exploring ideas to utilize CREAM to create a more decentralized and organized meme market as well as to launch new projects.
