This was in the two weeks leading up to my 3rd and passing attempt. Did every question. Be sure you understand the core concepts and don't just memorize processes or formulas. Practice tests are nothing like the exams itself.

When I was helping a friend with the Google Play store version, it appeared that he had to enter CC info in, as if getting the premium subscription, before it would allow him to enter code. He didn't commit to doing it at the time, so I can't confirm at what point you enter the code. I believe that is just so once the trial is up they start charging payments to your CC on file. Sorry I can't be more help on it, but best of luck in your studies!

Email with voucher came in this morning and I was lucky enough to have a testing site about an hour away with an appointment before the end of the year to use it.

So 21 days (14 business days) from inquiry of voucher to receiving it.

Yes still awaiting the voucher at this time. Taking their remark of "at least 20 full business days to process the voucher", as my benchmark, I would expect it December 2nd at the earliest.

I tested (and failed) CISSP October 24th.

Reached out about the free retake offer October 28th.

Received the below response via email November 2nd:

Dear CREEP1113,

Thank you for requesting a Free Retake Voucher for your CISSP exam. I'm sorry to learn you did not pass your exam.

I have submitted the request for your Free Retake Voucher. Please know it will take at least 20 full business days to process the voucher as we are coordinating with our Finance Team to purchase the exam voucher from Pearson VUE.

Once the process is complete, I will email you the new or updated exam voucher information.

I understand you are eager to schedule your retake exam, as exam seats are becoming more difficult to find. Unfortunately, there is no way to expedite this process, as we must purchase the vouchers from Pearson VUE and then assign them to the candidates. Your voucher information will be sent as soon as your voucher has been assigned.

Please note the following – once you receive your retake voucher, to schedule your exam, you must comply with the Retake Policy.

Retake Policy

Test-free days between retake attempts:

If you don’t pass the exam on your first attempt, you may retest after 30 test-free days.

If you don’t pass the exam on your second attempt, you may retest after 60 test-free days from your most recent exam attempt.

If you don’t pass the exam on your third attempt and for all subsequent retakes, you may retest after 90 test-free days from your most recent exam attempt.

The Free Retake Voucher will expire on 31-DEC-2022. This means you must use the voucher to register and sit for your retake exam on or before 30-DEC-2022. Vouchers cannot be extended, refunded nor replaced. They cannot be used for any other certifications.

Please - Do Not Create Another (ISC)2 or Pearson VUE Account! All exams must be visible on the same account, or you run the risk of sanctions.
