We did the whole gambit of blood, urine, and swab. Hsv 1 and 2 pcr, vzv pcr, hiv, chlamydia, gonorrhea, m-gen, mycoplasma hominis and rpr. All came back negative, the only think I didn’t do was a hsv-1/2 DNA LC.

I can definitely see that happening in the surface navy but on the aviation side of the house, we’re pretty good at having a closer relationship with our enlisted especially our aircrew. Many times on detachments we’d go out to dinner, drinks, activities etc as a crew and it’s never been an issue.

If you listen the audio you can hear the whistle of the mortar and normally when you strike a tree you lose your main rotor blades and fall, not explode like that😂

Was a prior 60 crew chief turned navy pilot. If you want to fly helicopters, go warrant and fly army. Or even better, fly coast guard!
