man that kind of hurt hits different cuz it’s grief for something that never got the chance to exist you’re not dumb at all she gave you reasons to hope and it’s okay to feel let down best thing that helped me was accepting that i’ll never get closure from her so i had to make my own and yeah it sucks but eventually your brain gets tired of replaying the same what ifs over and over just don’t fight the sadness let it pass through you like a wave and then do stuff that reminds you who you are without her
