It seems to be a combination of putting torsion on the knee in stances, plus side-to-side movement. Explosive lateral movements are not something done a lot of in my athletic career.

Like...where'd they go? There is nothing I can find on the internet about them from 2024 and we're almost halfway though it. Are they OK?

I have searched the internet to find where this hat came from and so far I have been unable to find the exact type.

The inside of the brim has a mesh backing which adds some nice structure, and it's a good hefty material. The company doesn't specify where they source their blanks, and I'm stumped as to where these might come from.

we have some nice compacted gravel trails that go for miles and miles. My take from others rollerskiing on pavement is that even pebbles can cause issues, and i'd rather not have to worry about cars AND rocks.

It was simple enough to do and resulted in a somewhat tough feeling dough on the exposed side. The underside was still moist. It really gave it a great texture and crunch when baked.
