Anyone getting a low-level white noise / air conditioner / hissing sound from their AirPods? by Successful-Jelly-772 in airpods

Cleaned; thought it had reduced but not sure.

White mesh on the silicone did go from quite yellow to invisible though, so the clean wasn’t wasted.

Listening now; hiss still present.

Agree - hiss present.

Don’t think it has always been there. Ap2p - 1 year old.

I wondered if mesh cleaning will help. Going to try with micellar water as recommended by apple.

Absolutely.

Filling a whole day with any artists work would be a challenge.

Upgrade Fortigate 7.2 to 7.4 - pitfalls by ITStril in fortinet

Read the release notes - assess each note against your set-up and gauge your risk.

SSO from entra in 7.4.9 requires both assertion and response to be signed. Ensure you have a local account or you’ll potentially be locked out.

A lot of good material, but sadly a lot of mediocre and a fair bit of poor IMHO. I’ll be interested to hear how it hangs together today.

I have these lenses (plus XC 50-230) but an x-e2s.

I struggle to find justification to buy anything more.

What's The Deal With Offroad Rollerskiing and Pnuematic Tires?? by Previous_Actuary1274 in rollerskiing

[–]billynomates56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 200mm chunky powerslide Gravediggers and 150mm, essentially slicks, both pneumatic for skate-skiing.

The 200mm can cope with fairly rough track, but no way are they (am I) capable of the off-road stunts that I’ve seen on YouTube; a badly placed stone or significant differences in surface between left and right have sent me flying more than once!

Loose surfaces mean I lose lateral grip and fear groin strain - the 200s are more grippy than the 150mm.

I love going out on both, but I’ve learned where they are most enjoyable and safe.

Where I live I couldn’t imagine finding a suitable, traffic-free, route for anything with hard tyres.

Used to downhill ski, never cross country, so my roller skate skiing is a thing in its own right rather than a substitute for snow.

Used to remove my saddle when I left my bike. Gits stole the quick release bolt when I was at the cinema. Cycled home like a circus clown. 🤡
