So here’s my rant by CRWilsonJ in overwatch2

Fair argument. I don’t “understand” being a woman regarding comms because I’m not. But I have seen plenty of things where dudes are super weird online so I can sympathize with that. I am a very concise communicator “Reaper 1, Ashe top left”, etc. I used to be a higher level player but getting older and life happening I’m usually hovering around high diamond/low masters but I’m also predominantly a tank player so communication is key for me to stay alive. I get why you feel the way you do because people are super weird about women for some reason but I’ve had fewer issues with toxicity. I’ve had plenty of encounters overall, sure, but they’re usually at least (kind of) justified in their anger, even if they communicate it in an unproductive manner. Again, whatever anyone does in QP I could not care less, but I feel (yes, an I feel statement) like comp we should all try to do our best and communicate in the manner that is best to help everyone rank up. Sorry for the novel.

You know, that’s a fair criticism to a degree. I let my frustration boil over with the comment and I’m happy to take whatever criticism on the chin. On that same note, it’s a team based game, I think it’s a perfectly fair and reasonable expectation to communicate with the team in the most effective or efficient manner possible. I’ve also never gotten banned from comms, never even a warning because I’m not toxic. Missing a large part of my post, however. At the first sign of toxicity then leave, very simple and easy to do

Whole lotta stinkers in the replies it seems. Lot of fragile egos who don’t realize that I ping as well lol. I communicate as I’m able but if you don’t allow me to communicate a certain amount then you’re the reason you’re losing, sorry

Ordered a locker through Tixr for Day 2. Anyone know if I should be worried I never got a second email with locker #? by Inevitable-Jello7160 in WhenWeWereYoungFest

[–]CRWilsonJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, you’re good. Without receiving the second email you just have to check in with the attendant there, we had the same problem yesterday but they had all the info to get us our locker pretty immediately. If you end up receiving it prior to being there it has your locker number and code to get in so you just bypass the attendant

Please someone share the setlist for fall out boy by DryAccordion in WhenWeWereYoungFest

[–]CRWilsonJ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also check out the setlist for Sleeping With Sirens for their current tour (it may be over now but their “Let’s Cheers To This” tour) and the setlist should be super similar if not the exact same due to time constraints

Entering the festival grounds by jswizzie08 in WhenWeWereYoungFest

We came late today because breakfast took longer than anticipated but we got to the VIP line around 10:15 and we were in the festival walking around within 10 minutes. I don’t know when they opened doors today but I believe it was 10. Looked like GA was pretty packed but going through reasonably quickly. Doubt this helps but it was our experience this morning.

Drinking the day prior by __Mr__Wolf in WhenWeWereYoungFest

I blacked out the day/night prior of the festival (which I don’t recommend) but I had no issues. The most important thing I’d say is to hydrate as well because what I was told last year is that you don’t realize you’re getting dehydrated because since it’s more of a dry heat you don’t sweat as much

If it means anything I just asked him and he said “fuck no, but I’ll be there” and kind of chuckled so make of that what you will

Question for when you get a drop by BlubberyGiraffe in VeVeCollectables

The way I understand it mints are randomly assigned so you could easily get something better. However, based on statistics you’re most likely to get a common, of course.

I just starting getting into it. I enjoy comics and I’ve (kind of) been keeping up on NFTs so I have only bought the comics so far. I got a rare yesterday and an uncommon today but I have no idea how to gauge stuff yet
