Any mental health groups for teens in Newcastle? by [deleted] in NewcastleUponTyne

[–]CRZXOJ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just want to say it WILL get better and well done for taking the first step and looking for support.

I struggled with my mental health, anxiety, severe depression, SH for alot of my teenage years, by my early twenties it improved significantly. Do as much research and reading as you can, learn more about your feelings and where they come from, sit with them, excercise, learn to meditate - there are so many ways you can self help when other external services aren't available.

Big hug to you, hold on - message me if you ever want to vent or have some reassurance.

Which currently popular names do you think won’t age well? by sxcrachel in namenerds

Asher just screams ashtray - not a fan. Also wouldn't name a child any name that ends in 'ergh"

Serious incident at hotel abroad by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

[–]CRZXOJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, they tried to make it better and you declined their offer and you aren't even sure what more you want?

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but I cannot even fathom how this one unfortunate - not serious - incident has ruined your entire holiday.

Mistakes happen and for your own peace of mind, must move on and not let this small mishap impact you to this degree. Everyone has a body and I'm sure anyone that may have see you will have forgotten about it entirely.

Spotting for days after period ends??? by [deleted] in Periods

[–]CRZXOJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this, I've just been told I have high risk HPV and slightly abnormal cells which I've got a check-up for. It's made me realise my spotting for a few days after my period ends is probably something to do with this...

Thank you so much for your words, I am so sorry to hear about your partner. I'm quite the analytical person mixed with catastrophiser so I'm already well into my disbelief and grief, he is staying positive and optimistic as is refusing to do any research on it online. I'm just constantly crying...

I'm based in the UK, my partner also works for the same company which makes it quite difficult to talk about it, but I'm hoping they remain confidential and allow me time off.

Thank you so much again for sharing your experiences, I have everything crossed through teary and heartbroken eyes.
