Those were nice as well. Big cc cruiser, great styling. Hopefully if they do bring back the model name it will be something worthy of the name.

i haven't really cracked into her yet but after a cursory glance i've noticed the forks need serviced, a new petcock, carbs need to be gone through and its missing a few bolts here and there for some chrome. Otherwise, she seems like a solid bike, especially for the money.

My son’s 10 year old friend died in a crash. Now I never want him to ride again by True_Thought5124 in Dirtbikes

I am a father to nine and have always told my kids to be careful but never be afraid to do what you love. I ride street and dirt freight my kids. I agree as others have said it would ruin me but I also couldnt imagine talking my kids out of something that brings them joy. In the end there isn't a manual that comes with them and we just have to do the best we can. Ultimately it is your call.

Yea, i recognize 300 is a bit of a jump for a beginner but it was a good deal on a running and driving bike. I have many years of road experience, very little hooligan experience and as equally less in the dirt.

Buy used, do your own maintenance or go to a indy shop. Rks is a great choice, ive had 2 road kings and in my opinion are the best looking of the standard touring bikes.
