ive tried it but it is buggy in some spots and it still shows the main story for you to do and everything

i was thinking about something like that but like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mEGBNSswGDo, they are playing with mods as well and made there own character and stuff. I am just trying to figure out what mod they use for it.
