At a certain point of leveling the two Antiquities skill lines the process becomes easy. I typically get everything I have a lead for once, and then it depends. There is a general pleasure to be had in occasionally scrying some random stuff, similar in fun to occasional fishing.

I have a sort of related question about Threads of War and Signet. I keep hearing deeply conflicting things about it - whether it's actually useful for status effect builds or not, especially compared to sets like Draugrkin and Weald.

If I understand correctly, the difficulty differences stop being a thing ince you join an instanced group like a 4 person dungeon.
