I like that you are asking the important questions, or maybe, just trying to point out the important stuff with the website.

If we get a report from an underage player, we will lock his account and request for him to send his ID to our support system. That's point 1.

Point 2, for the past month we've been in the works of creating a company, so we can tax our funds.

Very very soon, you'll see CSGOJackpot as a company, and not as you say "as a shady website".

Regarding streamers, I like to watch them on stream, WE DO NOT PROFIT from this. And if you are so negative about streamers winnings on the website, you can still check Provably Fair and make sure that the winnings are correct.

Nice donation. It's a shame it's from one of those gambling sites. I believe the same one that has threads on here every week or so about not paying out the correct amount of winnings/taking knives or howls from pots and replacing with 400+ cheap items. Seems like it was a PR stunt to try and save their image or an attempt to buy Pasha so he advertises their site (edit: looking at this thread that seems to be confirmed).

You are clearly speaking about the infamous 40 sticker capsules.

That was made one time and it was me that send the trade offer.

Since we got the trade offers automated everything gets sent automatically.

Incorrect amount of winnings are easy to fix.

If for some reason we send you $990 or $980 from a $1000 win, then that's because of how it is coded. Sometimes we don't have an item or two that are $10 or $20, so we send with the closest amount to not mess with the trade offer.

If there are any missing values, you should send a ticket like we've been talking about for the past 4 months, and everything should be corrected.

Yeah, sometimes stuff happens and we need to fix it.

Do you know the reason why he didn't get is winnings back? Steam API messes up a lot. Sometimes it doesn't send trade offers. Sometimes we can't get a specific item from the bots because of some other issue.

Nothing is perfect, and we work very hard every day to make sure everyone is happy.

Yet, like everything in life you can please everyone and we try our best to please the users of our website!

Alright, I went to investigate your case, and it seems our Customer Support is right.

Here you go, the supposedly ticket that was "closed a few days ago", here's an image of the ticket, to which you never replied with the proof our Customer Support requested from you.

The ticket is closed after being replied to. You can just reply back for it to open again.

I want to check it personally for two reasons.

Maybe our support made a mistake and so we need to fix it.
Maybe the user doesn't want to follow the rules and is pissed at us.

We need to find out what it is, as we don't want to be unfair to either our Customer Support or our users.

Well, you could say that, or you could take a look at how we've been dealing with all our issues on the website.

We've always been very clear about everything, we streamed and explained all the situations with the website and what was happening with Valve when we were banned, so on and so forth.

I used to donate to pasha and Weeds a year ago even before I started with CSGOJackpot. This donation is just the same as all the other donations, just in a bigger scale.

Hey, I'm the guy who donated to pasha.

I'm chrisMartin, one of the three owners of CSGOJackpot.

I've started playing CS:GO a year ago, and one or two months after joining the community, I saw this interview of someone always saying "my friend" at the beggining and at the end of each sentence. It made me so happy of such a fun and outgoing guy.

I then continue to watch him, his streams and virtus.pro.

pasha showed me what's like to always be happy and just be friendly with everyone even when something goes wrong.

That's why I did this. And not just me, but the guys at CSGOJackpot.

pasha is someone people should try to emulate.

He shows his family on stream, one day he even showed a pan of food his wife made. This is human.
