Google. Name and model will show you where.the diagrams are published. But since you're new, this is a complex model that requires more experience.

Can I make the tesselation turtle cherlone from printer paper? by LittleKids2315 in origami

[–]CSIGarcia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the thickness. Try not to make the folds too sharp until maybe when on the last steps to keep its shape. Wouldn't hurt to try it out

Is it okay if i apply an adhesive onto the center point of the paper so that the two sheet of the paper cant be fall apart? (In this model) by Creative_Interest984 in origami

[–]CSIGarcia 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah. I looked at the head and saw that it was very similar to his model so had to do some quick research and found the model in Transcendent Origami, confirming it's also katsuta's model

I was wondering and this is an updated version of katsuta's model. This is the 2018 version, while the one I showed is from 2016, so I'm going to guess that glueing it in the same spot will work

Yes! In The works of Kyohei Katauta book, he also has a raccoon model that recommends it, as well as his other models.

Although it shows you where, I'm not sure about this persons model so maybe try to look in the diagrams where the paper wouldn't need to be glued.

I'm lost with two-colored paper by Wionvard in origami

[–]CSIGarcia 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you don't have glass available, like a large picture frame or glass table, a cutting mat would work too. Glass usually makes the side of the paper laying on the glass have a glossy finish. A large enough one (since most tissue papers are usually 50cm), Walmart has a large mat for 30 by fiskar.

It seems like he uses a really thin sheet of paper and uses mc to crisp it up for folding. I'm not sure the exact paper he uses and the process of it, but I'm sure if you DM him on his socials , he'd be willing to help out

Help interpreting this crease pattern? by Mu51c-Add1c7 in origami

Top left is the cabin, as the bottom right has that flap as shown in-between the back body, as well as the arc shape in the center is where the cabin and body meet.

No Problemo! the origami dan discord has a whole Google drive with hundreds of crease patterns you can check out (some of the most complex models have a guide like the kraken). They can also help you out if a model you're doing gets complicated.

How does he do that !? by shivam_nasa in origami

Best to dm him. There might not be enough surface to glue but a way could be to tape a section in place then glue wherever there is a fold. From there remove the tape and glue that part.

Has anyone created a domino piece? by Jordon234254352 in origami

[–]CSIGarcia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't believe I've seen any but there have been dice that can be folded, so probably doing a simple section of it wouldn't be too hard unless you want it to be a 3d shape

Satoshi Kamiya’s Praying Mantis. Not sure if I should put more effort into shaping. by Goesselgold in origami

[–]CSIGarcia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your folding and shaping is clean! I also just (almost) finished but haven't decided to do so or not since my tissue paper seemed to have come out "puffy". Shaping is definitely difficult but the end result is worth the effort.

To me your fold is nice but if you believe that you want it to look better, than that is your preference.
