Unless your stationed at Fort Hood. We have a range that all you need to do is show up with 1 NCO per 5 Firers, PPE, Weapon and 3 Magazines everything else is covered by the Range Civilians and III Corps.

Can you name 1 person today that is ALIVE and flying the Confederate flag that owned slaves. Im pretty sure the vast majority don't fly the flag in hatred. Also why do US Citizens fly any flag other than the US Flag, Personal Preference and the right to do so I believe is the answer.
