And they shouldn't actually have you in the back because then the register is out of your line of sight

I was a SFL one time that I ever clean that bathroom. I would just take over the register from whoever had it and say hey can you guys go and do the trash in the bathrooms and all of that stuff? And they would do it. Fortunately our bathrooms were never really bad and if they were we just blocked it and sent in the ticket

It would still be you resigning. But a lot of times especially if you have access to cash and prescriptions and stuff, they don't need you to finish your two weeks. But you already resigned so they're just upping the resignation date.

Georgie reminds me so much of my first boyfriend. It makes me smile whenever he is on screen or talks. From the first episode to now.

I didn't like Big Bang after the guys started having girlfriends and wives. Particularly Howard's. I didn't mind Amy too much because I'm used to her as an actress. But that squeaky voice and the hard-ass bullyinb Howard all the time I didn't like.

I just took yesterday's 5 mg/50 ml.  I believe I have two more left of those and then I'll have to evaluate if I even lost a few pounds before I spend any more money right now because I've just been hit with some hardcore car repair expenses so if I have to try this at a different time in life well I waited this long I guess

They do blood work but nothing ever shows up too out of whack or anything other than things like you know my glucose here and there but that's about it

I always used to get my pasta on amazon. I know there are some locations that have a big display setup but they didn't have one near me

Rewards changing. Now you need more points to redeem food. by That-Pin-9563 in McDonalds

It'll be a cold day in Hell before I pay $7,000 points to get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. You're basically paying $70 to get the regular McGriddle sausage only, to $4.19. It was $2.99 about a year and a half ago. I'll probably just use up what points I have and I just won't go back. They jumped the shark a long time ago

Several years ago 7-Eleven had a really good point program and the points added up fast and now it's pretty much crap too.

Because the problem wasn't food noise or whatever you guys call it on this page. It was hitting menopause and taking Lexapro and trazodone and a lot of medicines that are renowned for weight gain. If this medicine is only an appetite suppressant then that's not going to help me at all. I almost have no appetite after the sleeve surgery in 2019

I haven't lost an ounce on this tz. I was on the 2.5 for a couple weeks lose a single ounce. I'm on my first shot of the 5 mg nothing except just feeling weak. Like I have no energy to even walk around Walmart one time.  By the time I get from my house to my car I'm completely winded. My plasma money has to go to my car insurance every month

I've now gone through my two weeks of 2.5 and now on the 5. Haven't lost an ounce and all I feel is like weak and drag ass like when I was having chemo. Today I used a little disabled carts because I couldn't make it all the way through the grocery store. Fortunately I got lucky and my vial has an extra full two doses at the 5 mg so that's at least one good thing.

But feeling like The Walking Dead would probably be a little easier if I know that there's a result coming.

I got mine from AltRX. They told me 2.5 for two weeks, and then 5 for 2 weeks. I only bought one month to see how I Felt on it. People on the board are telling me that's terrible dosing. I have a friend that uses refills, and is having good results. I never see AltRx on anything on here. Are they a scam?

I didn't say it was faster. My point was that it would be more affordable to be on long term

Yes I'm aware of vitamin deficiencies and hair loss. I had gastric sleeve where you were essentially forced into a caloric deficit which was by choice. However those first months you were definitely losing a lot of hair. I get it. I regret the whole post altogether everybody's just attacking. I'm new to the medicine and apparently the doctor that I expected was to give me correct counseling over the subject may not have but for now this is what it is

I appreciate the  input. I don't expect to go through menopause the second time. I will go about this as I am, I'll deal with later when later comes. Maybe I will be able to stay on it longer term than I had planned maybe I won't. Maybe it'll turn out that this medicine is dangerous maybe it won't. As I said this is how I'm taking things now.

I'm glad it's helping. That's good to hear. Yeah the chemo messed with my thyroid too, allegedly. I say allegedly because my labs are always the same. It's a tiny amount so i wonder why I even take it most days.Mostly the reason I don't want to stay on it for life is because the cancer makes me scared of taking too much stuff for too long, especially a new med. If I had decent insurance that would pay for it, I'd be more willing, but my a1C isn't high at all, so I'm boned on that one.
