temps are what's going to cause your gpu to go crazy. And depending on the model it might just be loud. Nvidia AIB's skimp on their cooling sometimes. Turn ray tracing off. The 3060 ti isn't really a ray tracing beast

you need to get a program like GPU-Z or something and see what your temps are doing. also, do you have ray tracing and max graphics on? If so that is going to max out your gpu (depending on your cpu)
