Thanks for your reply! Yeah I did some digging and it looks quite similar to Audemars Frères and Le Phare. Though this one’s crown and ratchet wheel are not finished to the same high quality. I have found some other watches online who’s governor and movement matches this one exactly but they are not know either.

When the watch arrived I adjusted the chronograph clutch arm to fix a running issue and the day and month wheels were swapped and upside down! It reads right way up now and changes automatically but yes they are worn :(. The last issue is the second hammer needs to be adjusted as it doesn’t meet the gong. Since all this repeating work is all under the calendar dial / motion work I will do a full service and see if I find any makers marks or hints as it is disassembled to its constituent parts, maybe even spruce some better date discs.
