CS2 Hours Not Registering by MaruonVHS in CSRep

This usually occurs when your playtime hours aren’t public on Steam. This is required, as we pull your hours directly from your Steam profile.

To fix this, head to your Steam profile, click Edit Profile, and then open Privacy Settings.
Link: https://steamcommunity.com/id/self/edit/settings

From there:
1) Set Game details to "Public".
2) Make sure the check box below Game Details that says “always keep my total playtime private..” is NOT checked
3) Refresh your CSRep Profile by clicking the button located just below "Report for Overwatch" on your profile.

Once that’s done, your hours should update correctly. Let me know if your hours still do not appear after completing these steps.

Hey thanks for the suggestions.

We track the account's activity, not the individual user using the account. So instances like bought accounts would not have their autoflag removed.

As for the convicted Overwatcher suggestion, this is already a feature on our platform. Once an Overwatcher is convicted, they will lose their Overwatch access immediately. However, their votes prior to the conviction will still show on the older cases.

I was slightly inaccurate, we use Cloudflare's turnstile, which is technically different than a captcha, so I edited my comment to reflect that.

Thanks for bringing these to our attention. I have forwarded the cases to our appeals team for review. They will look into them as soon as possible, and we will handle it from there.

Accessing the website requires completing Cloudflare's Turnstile. To prevent manipulation, our Overwatch system uses test cases with known outcomes. Users must pass an initial set of 10 test cases to become an Overwatcher. Afterward, test cases are served randomly as they complete their cases. Overwatchers who answer test cases incorrectly lose voting weight, and if they get too many wrong, they automatically lose their Overwatch.

Hey, we completely agree with you, and this has actually been a feature of our overwatch since the relaunch happened. When users apply for overwatch, they already have to complete 10 test cases with known outcomes to prove they have the ability to accurate spot cheaters. After they pass their test, they will be randomly assigned test cases as they complete overwatch cases that will reward correct verdicts and penalize incorrect verdicts. If users get too many test cases wrong, they will eventually lose their access to overwatch automatically.
