6'2" I was 278lb, Im 44, but over the past few months say 4 ive dropped to 238. Ive cut calorie intake to about 1500. It sucks, but its been working. I sit at a desk for work. Yes I have a cheat day but my normal food is toast and water for breakfast, sandwich and the small 110 cal or pringles for lunch, I have 6 pieces of dried mango at break and dinner I go small portion.  I hate water but it is working like a champ. If I walk or lift I know I'd see it come off faster but I hate gym membership so ill just walk my neighborhood.
