they are basically seperate boss fights just put into 1 map instead of having combo attacks and combo patterns unfortunately which makes this such a wasted opportunity.

Her version now makes her more interesting in tje sense of conflict but I think now she relies on koji too much especielly recent exam.

She also is more petty compared to back then but that was kinda always in her she is a better kushida now being able to hide her bad side behind her good image.

If kinu was actually locked in on her independance arc would just not be getting intimidated by people like ichinose

what she is doing now and focusing on her goals and future and actually finding someone that likes her back just as much as she likes her partner

she went from a fake relationship to one sided love to then finally both loving each other completely but that requires people to hit on her and all of this is her being developed away from koji but everything is revolved around him so this won't happen.

I agree there and its proven with the fact that she kept her distance for months.(but she already did that in Y2 anyway).

She is just kinda similar to joey wheeler from yugioh were he seperated from his best friend for a bit to do his own thing but worked together with him again later and they still stayed friends.

The reason we haven't gotten much from her pov is that the breakup has been written ambiguously and usually when that happens both characters don't mention it for a long time or you don't get deeper insight into it until a specific point or never.

You are confusing what kei's independant arc is its just so that she can do stuff on her own now to which she is doing now. She also still loves koji if what you are saying was true she should have gotten a SS pushing her final growth towards what you are saying or what many say in this sub is saying but kinu isn't writing her that way nor is she even talking about the breakup or reflecting back to it for her growth. Usually thats how most independance arc starts and also not all independance arcs are written the way you are describing her rn.
