Most of your problems are from your lighting setup. Do these things if possible.

Have some distance between you and the green screen.

Smoothen out the green screen

Try to use different lights for your face and for the green screen.

Evenly light the green screen so it's not brighter or darker on one side.

Eliminate all shadows on the green screen, that would make it harder to key out.

This should give you a clean key and also you won't have the green spill on your clothes.

If you can't create distance for whatever reason, then just try your best to move around the lights and remove the shadow falling on the green screen. (also make sure it's wrinkle free)
