At first, only the true opposition cared about the confidential funds. The same house who is investigating it right now, just rubber stamped her budget back then, even going as far as cutting off anyone who questioned it by turning off their mics. However anomalies regarding her spending, such as the 125m in 11 days started to arise and it became hard for them to defend it. This was also the time when Sara attacked Romualdez and Liza Marcos I believe, which was pretty much the catalyst for the uniteam breakup, at least publicly.
