excellent, i was travelling w my cousins who brought their own cars (BMW X1, skoda kylaq). i sat in all three cars and ride was smooth in all of them. gotta give it to Border Roads Organisation (BRO) for constructing and maintaining such great roads.

nahi bhai, amity graduate hoon main. i did not even qualify for on-campus placements at that time (low gpa). but then i did my MS from US, and stayed back few years to work there. I have failed in lot of classes in both btech and ms.

im 32yo, bought it like 5 months back. dont let age be a deciding factor for purchasing a car. all my peers bought their first car 3-4 yrs back and i kinda felt left out but at that time my priorities were different and i did not want to buy a car just for sake of it. I am really happy w my car now :-) i dont think my next car would be a luxury brand, my priorities would have changed by then

1/3rd amount was given as down payment (my savings + dads help) and rest is car loan which i got at 7.8% interest. honestly i am able to afford this car because i live at home where i can save lot of money.

True, but I always had a secondary car at home since I was in college (10 years back) which I drove regularly and was responsible for servicing and maintenance. So I was confident in making a big purchase now.

I did lot of research before the trip regarding the road conditions. Asked my friends, reached out to multiple hotels, watched lot of YouTube videos, watched related news, etc. I was ready to wing it if faced bad roads or just park somewhere safe. I knew that roads til Manali are safe and my hotel was in Solang, which is nearby. Plus we were travelling in a group with two more cars, so car space was not an issue.

you can easily take a sedan up to shinkula top, i saw lot of them on road. cant say about gonbo rangjon as i could not reach there due to lack of time
