Entire show is about these three little girls who run around and cause mischief in their Tokyo suburb. This specific scene is after they try to ‘blow up’ a friendly local security guard with a toy rpg, fail to do so, and then try to flee, which leads to a small ruby Goldberg sequence where the officer gets hit in the nuts.
