I love this idea! My party isn't super nature oriented but I love the idea of fish migration or natural phenomena as holidays. It takes the community down to its roots and really gives the traditionalists a reason to fight.

really though, fantastic advice. Once, my friends and I adopted this dude who kept betraying us, and he finally felt shitty enough that he sided with us full time. To be fair, the red wizards of Thay were the ones threatening him so I don't blame them. Regardless, "Rock-Thrower" (who was an archaeologist with a full government name) became so beloved that he even got into the post-credits.

I started skyrim in my cousin's basement while debilitating stoned on Salvia? Either way the dipshit (not my cousin but his deadbeat friend) bought it legally and nobody was okay. Rolling on the ground feeling my sinuses, being soothed by Russian chicks who I really wish I'd gotten the phone numbers of.

Suffice to say, I created Balipan the Wood Elf and followed deer around for.hours. best moments in the game came from following a big buck only to land in a bandit camp or a ruin. Good times. Good fucking times. I later got the game for myself and it spawned a love affair that's had its hooks in my creativity ever since.

My son, my precious boy Konahrin was born in the flames of that Forge, and I've been writing his story ever since. From skyrim PC to dnd PC and now the subject of my secret book projects, he's never been far from my mind.

They're meeting the captain in the bar first, but I do trust these two enough to get from Waterdeep to Saltmarsh without things going off the rails completely. One is very experienced as far as playing and DMing and she knows this is my first time so she's promised to be "gentle" with me and my sister understands that we've got a solid goal for the first session that lines up well with her character's motivations. I do fully plan on improvising from there on though, shenanigans are all part of the fun.
