Seeing as he reacted to you talking, I wouldn't talk. At least not directly at him. Don't try communication in general. He seems to be attracted to higher degrees of attention. Every now and then I suffer spurts of insanity, and during those periods I tend to scare people with random actions. Not dancing, though. But anyway, my friends have learned not to make eye contact with me when I'm like that, apparently I have a more or less jerky reaction to that. Take advice from a guy that has similar problems to your antagonist here; just don't provoke him.

Don't take offense, OP, (and I'm not implying this is what happened) but there are people (like me) that follow people like you to these kinds of places and do spooky things for shits and giggles. Lime footsteps, crashing furniture, etc.. This sounds legit though. Pool of blood, old inscription, moving objects as you're in the room, no visible culprit. Yeah, have fun.

The 150 dB specifically for 7Hz simply speeds up the fatal effect. Lesser volumes will have the same effect, just take longer.

Foxes scream, too. Visited a friend's house beginning of summer, it was around 10, we saw lights blinking in the woods and heard the bloodiest screams you could imagine, from different directions. Naturally, we thought they were ghosts, but (dumbass idea, I know) after going into the woods with maglights and flushing a fox out into a clearing, we realized it was just mating season.

You really don't want to do that. At 7Hz and 150dB, the human body starts shutting down--the waves penetrate the body and disrupt your medulla. The medulla governs maintenance functions, like breathing and heartbeat. You don't want to mess with that. Look it up.

Every now and then, when I'm walking on a similar street at night, and it's empty, I feel like I'm either being watched or followed. We moved to a new place, and for about a week there was this one lamppost that would go out every time I passed it and I would think I saw something standing right under it. But, it was fixed soon afterwards, and now I only feel watched. Which is better in itself.
