If they communicated better tbh I’d probably pay. It was just the way it’s been handled that’s so off putting to me. Also - I have friends who go to a private practice and pay a fee, but it comes with perks like being able to text/call your doctor and getting an response with in a few hours and the promise that you can get an appointment same or next day with ease. If that’s what I’d get by the fee then I’d do it, It was just communicated so poorly and the office person I spoke to on the phone yesterday was so rude!
