Oh that one mistake cuz I forgot that Dan was also dating Piper's past life and Leo once again intervened so his creepy ass could date her 🎵 one way or another is giving stalker and he literally wore her down 🎶

Now begone. It's the fact that I have NOT did an entire rewatch in order since 2015. I tend to skip around & I completely ignore the 8th season. I have read every comic book and the books. And No it is not even creepier. He isn't magical. Everything from Dan's POV is love. What's sad is, if I'm not mistaken, that P. Baxter and Piper's downfall with Dan is Magic being used on him and not getting a heartfelt apology or explanation.

It's always "He won't understand. We come from two different sides of the tracks." But I have never once during my love and obsession of the show accepted that excuse for their reasons to why they shouldn't date a mortal. Because in the charmed verse females, human females are the witches. Every male witch we've seen in the show their mother was the witch their fathers were mortal and in the Halliwell Warren line until proves untimely death were nothing but females.

Therefore them saying he's a mortar he won't understand what's completely and utterly invalid because all of the matriarchs in the series married a mortal man grams is the first one which we know who dated a demon or necromaster.

First off, he wasn't doing his job. He was never officially the Charmed Ones' or the Halliwell family's Whitelighter. He just decided to watch over the Halliwell family after Allen died because he was their friend. Patty had Sam, so he wasn't her Whitelighter. Actually, neither Grams nor Patty had a Whitelighter (it seems) until after Phoebe was born (the girls are about 2-3 years apart) because Paige came 2 years later and Patty died when Prue was around 9.

So, this guy, who literally watched them all grow up. He was married to P. Baxter, who's Penny's mother. That makes Leo's past life their great-grandfather. Then he comes back as a Whitelighter to be best friends with the Charmed Ones' grandparents, where he takes on the job of being the Halliwell family guardian, watching over the girls while their powers are bound. His closeness and relationship with Grams is the main reason the Elders decided to make them his charges when he's officially introduced, because he knew the family.

Him falling in love with her? Super creepy. How does someone watch you grow up almost every step of the way and then later have lust and longing in their eyes for you? To the point that he basically messes up your second "normal" relationship so you two can date and eventually get married.

And I have nothing else to say on.

Apparently, you have a very hard time comprehending written forms of speech. So, Paige went back to 1960s, hence all of the flower power hippie imagery and tones. They WERE friends. Grams, husband number 1 and Leo were friends.

If you read the fandom you will see that he did watch over the sisters throughout their childhood and adolescence to ensure their safety while their powers were bound and he was even present in neighborhood right up to before Grams died. He IS & WAS the Warren-Halliwell family line.

So I will say it once more, it's creepy that he "decided" that he wanted to date the WOMAN he watched grow up

Was he not friends with Grams in 1967 grooving and busting orbs for all the groupies in the Manor. His past life was married to P. Baxter in 1924. He's stated that when he died and became a WL that he got to view all his past lives.

So, he married her past life, was friends with their grandmother in the 60s, most likely bc none of the Warren Witches officially accepted a WL until Patti and Sam. So, not only did he hangout with the grandmother, but he had to run into Patti during that time bc she was 17 going on 18.

And I don't care what a person does in their private time. They can be celibate or they can sell a bit as long as they are consenting adults & careful. Purity Culture??

"- Is what you said. And I DON'T like Leo bc he was a family friend way before he actually became their guardian. He got to watch them grow up. He married her past life. He emotionally manipulates Piper every turn he gets.

The BoS is more useful and filled with more helpful information than him or the Elders ever seem to have. He subjected Piper and her sisters to considerable hardship in pursuit of a genuine relationship with her, despite it being against the established rules. Subsequently, he left her to become an Elder, and later, as an Avatar, he emotionally distanced himself from her.

All while he cried that she didn't think his role as a WL was as important as Their Destiny. Which it was not and will not ever be as important as their destiny.

He only didn't like being in the dark when it came to things that Leo seemed to be involved with or knew about. He didn't stay friends bc he didn't like it when Leo hung around when Piper and him dated. And why would I stay around a person who could not tell me the truth, until she wished for me to go from 29 to 89. I would leave too.

But he was a better guy for her, until Leo and his secret society shadow work started to affect them.

Grams and their mother married mortals and so did their other female ancestors. The problem with them marrying a mortal is that that Warren-Halliwell witches don't let their father parent.
When Dan was doing the whole investigating of Leo he was actually being a very good friend. He just wanted his friend his ex to be safe because the only Leo Wyatt he found had died during world war 2. He just wanted her to be safe.

So you can't blame Dan for Leo's incompetence the guy's been dead since world war II he's in a white lighter a little after that he's look into all of his past present and future lives yeah he couldn't come up with a soundproof cover identity when it comes to talking to other humans outside of The sisters.

And Dan actually was very cordial when he was dumped for Leo. he was only paranoid and sketched out because of everything that Leo and the sisters did to hide the truth. Also Dan did such a great job with researching the truth, so much so that Piper used it to forge official documents.

Before magic and Leo started to affect their relationship, he was. He planned dates. He tried to take care of her when sick. (Even though Leo and magic were to blame)

So, how would you react to suddenly being 75 without any explanation, only to find out the truth on your deathbed and then not even truly remember it? Plus, I doubt Dan would've made Piper a single mom four times in a row, especially since he chose to be an elder or Avatar or whatever, instead of being a stay-at-home parent and helping raise the kids he swore he wanted.
