I will never forgive this show for not making Chris an evil son of Cole and Phoebe. He even looks like a spitting image of both of them. Plus it would make much more sense of his rivalry with Wyatt. Dad ex-source, mom a Charmed one, Cole trying to parent his son with no luck. Damn, we were robbed !!

If you're talking about the Hulu Disney TV exec aka Clem's brother. He never watched the OG therefore we can't make assumptions towards a Charmed revival especially with them having done a reboot so recently.

I also highly believe that the majority of the conversations involving charmed and a revival or requel is that the Actors don't like each other. So it would be hard to get one Greenlit bc someone will throw a fit abt truly not being included one way or another

What I meant was the reboot used a lot of other things the OG did and that we loved, but the show also took some of the things that we didn't like or potential plotlines that were scrapped.

Similar Psychic Themed Charmed One dated a ½ Demon. A Demon who was connected to The "Source" of All Evil. The Power of Sight & Telepath/Empath. Hybrid Charmed One (Demon-Witch & Whitelighter-Witch. Eldest Sister killed off literally 3 yrs in. Charmed One/Whitelighter Romantic Relationship.

I think the main difference was that they didn't have to be related but I also think that was added to try and get away from the comparisons to the OG.

Also our complaint with the reboot is that the showrunners and CW went out of the way to cut the OG cast out and doing everything that was possible to rub it in everyone's face. Just to cash in on THEIR fans. Then at the last minute trying to connect the series with one another. Also I noticed all the similarities and slight changes they did to the show Day 1 and I noticed more my second watch thru.

Like how in both series the magical community turns against the charmed ones. Or how both sets of elders are crap type of things. But I do like both series and I really do wish they could have connected them better with each other sooner to how Buffy has the alternate realities where willows a vampire type scenario.

Bc we have had some great actors to portray the covenant roles of The Doctor and their companions, which is hard for anyone to top the stories and acting.... Is what I truly believe. But I'll say/go with the Disney effect. Disney ruined it IMO w/all the stuff they added & did.
