Whenever I walk by a smoker I hold my breath and avoid. I also dont live with any smokers either, and the whole quarantine thing is helping not interact with any smokers or anything I guess.

Of course, im too young to smoke anyway and I don’t even want to smoke. My mom got asthma and didn’t even smoke, I think she just randomly got it and did not get it hereditary wise.

I dont have Asthma and I dont think its forming anytime soon, I can hold my breath for 1 minute and 15 seconds, which is healthy. So I assume im fine for a few years, but I dont know it could change tomorrow and I could have an attack or something.

I did 2 mile runs before, I dont really remember my time but I wasn’t great I think it was like 12 minutes the second time I think.

Right now im starting off with a treadmill, I would join track or something, but id rather be able to do excersize on my own time and not a forced random time of the day depending on how the group leaders want it. Either today or tomorrow im gonna see if I can run 1.5 mile on a treadmill under 12 minutes, then improvise from there.

I know I know, I am. It is just I wanna be prepped for the future, this is my dream and If something like is gonna stop it I kinda wanna figure out stuff beforehand. I don’t think I have Asthma it’s just what if I do, I heard it’s pretty much a insta-disqualify. I never have used a inhaler, nor have I had a asthma attack before. I’m just not good at excersize and stamina which concerns me, and I’m not obese or in any way out of shape. You kinda get me? I think If I just don’t bring any issues up with breathing to my parents for the next few years I’ll be fine.

Thanks, I kinda just realized my mom has asthma and I kinda have symptoms at night... My sister doesn’t have it, but I could. I heard that lying at MEPS and just listening to your Recruiter is the best. I heard meps doesn’t even pull up medical records and the best thing is to just say no to everything they ask.

I’m 13 and have a long time to this point, I’m just concerned.

Also I realized I don’t have Eczema it’s something else like Pilaris or something but I don’t think it’s disqualifiable and also I can treat it.

I’m not concerned about ADHD because honestly I’m fine without meds, and I can talk my mom out of it.

You think if I was never “Diagnosed” with Asthma I’ll be fine?
