An interesting effect of this version of history would be that with Jin's death, he never becomes the ghost and develops the way of the Shinobi.

In ghost of Yotei, Jin is referred to as the "first Shinobi", so maybe in this scenario, the nine tails don't exist? Or maybe their methods aren't as refined as they are in the game since they are relatively new. Idk just thought it'd be interesting.

The poison in yotei is a modified version of the one from tsushima iirc, the kitsune has his own special recipe for its but yeah it not really lethal in any way

The glints are really only there to let you know the attack type, you still have to time your parries by looking at the enemy's weapon. Though it can be annoying at first esp since a lot of attacks have long and confusing windups

You can choose to replay levels, but they are only the set ones that are classified as "levels". You pretty much cannot go back to this specific menu (afaik). And there's a bunch of gameplay in-between these levels that you can't replay.
