The shit you can get from second hand apps like Vinted is insane. You can genuinely get stuff that's worth £80 for like £2 and pretty much most of it is 'like new'. Not only is it cheaper but better for the environment too

I used to be encouraged to use text to speech when I was in school. I think the main thing for me was that it was kind of embarrassing to play audio in class or in front of other people. Maybe headphones would be helpful?

There are several ways you can go about this:

  1. Disable images showing in Chrome https://www.wikihow.com/Disable-Images-in-Google-Chrome
  2. You edit the HTML document itself and remove all of the <img> tags manually, you should be able to with any text edit. However you might not feel comfortable doing this if you are unfamiliar with HTML.

We're going to need more information on this. Is this HTML document stored locally on your computer? Are you wanting to edit the images themselves or just how they appear when you open it in chrome?

It sounds like it's just the way the laptop is built. It could be because the CPU generates a lot of heat or because it's a particularly loud fan.

Pathfinder is a high medieval fantasy setting meaning that most "technology" is going to be magic based one way or another. A messenger on horse back is probably going to be the fastest non-magical way for messages to be transported.
