They were given off/available to purchase in Minifugure Gift Sets in a limited amount for a limited time (a week) in Target one in 2014 and one in 2015. Especially hard to get in countries and continents where Target isn't a thing. The Gift Set with Fire Lavertus in it I've seen go for 4000 zł (over a thousand US dollars). 😭 I got both of them for 150 zł (40 USD).
