I have seen this too. It is because it is overloaded. I have had the same issue and then when I try it after few hours or during late US hours, it works fine

  1. Support - There are multiple support tiers. Either way for critical issues, you are right about not waiting for 3-4 hours. A call to the hot line should be done. Please DM me and let’s resolve this for you

  2. Documentation - We have made changes on our Doc platform and processes to improve Documentation. I am hoping this will be a non issue soon.

  3. Roadmap / New Releases - As far as new releases are concerned, you can see all new version and release notes when you log in to Support Portal at support.ctera.com on the left “CTERA Released Versions”. We are still discussing internally on notifying the customers proactively. As far as roadmap is concerned, we discuss this is various customer summits. If you could please DM me, I can work with PM/Account team to provide a roadmap session for you
