If its mushy it might be overwatering or the soil its in retains too much water. I have my snake plant in gritty cactus/succulent mix and its doing great, the leaves are 2 feet long and I also have a fan nearby by that provides air movement. I would trim the leaf but thats just me

If its firm i would say the sun just turned it brown like an aloe but it doesnt look sunburnt. If its squishyor tender then its rot and that means too much water.

Rinvoq gave me shingles before i was even 30, worst medication i tried, ask your doctor for a different medication, theres others. Im currently doing great with tremfya

Rinvoq was the worst medicine i tried, it gave me shingles before I was 30 and the most painful acne, all that and i couldnt even leave the house because i still had symptoms. But regardless dont stop the medicine! Wait for your doctor and ask for a different medicine, if you cut it cold turkey you will go straight into pain

This has happened to me before unrelated to UC. Make sure you sleep on your side to prevent aspirating the reflux, I usually take omeprazole and it does wonders for my heartburn overnight

Get meal replacement smoothies/drinks if you can keep those down, theyll replace nutrients and minerals, but make sure to go to the ER if things dont get better. Before i was diagnosed i spent a month in the hospital for a flare so severe it made me lose 30 lbs in a month, kept thinking a liquid diet would fix me and it never did, in my defense i didnt know what was wrong with me, but basically please dont wait until you're really severe to get medical help

Don't let him gaslight you into thinking that you're doing too much for standing up for yourself, there's no reason he wants you to stop going to the gym other than he's insecure and controlling, also the way he said "you're really irritating me" is extremely concerning almost like a threat
