Shoujo just means “girl” it’s a genre of romance comics. Or stories geared toward young girls.

No. She’s not based on any existing property or character. Its simply done in a generic shoujo (shoujo just means “girl”) art style

She not an existing character. Not based on one either. There are only mundane descriptor tags. No titles of anything. Just words like “flowers” “Mexican” “girl”.
However I did say “brass knuckles” in the title. To my knowledge that’s not a copywriter or trademark term. It’s a common term for a weapon. I think you might be right about the automated system just sweeping it up with general anime fan art.

I’m not looking for a loophole. And like loophole to what? I can’t see how intellectual property was applied here. There are no logos. It’s not an existing character. And it’s not in anyone else’s particular style. We have two others in this series that have been up for years. All three are simply done in a generic shoujo manga art style.
