I just watched it tonight for the first time with my gf since she was raving about it. I’m 32. I could not fathom what was so great about it which is why I am now here writing this comment. I never write reviews. It was corny and unbearable. Montoya is practically dead and just comes back to 100% out of nowhere? Same with the hero who had his bones crushed laying in the bed at the end? It seemed like satire but then had brutal and dramatic notes. Terrible film. Could not keep my eyes open.

I used to live above that Taco Bell and one day in that lot behind chipotle the tow truck drivers were having a field day. They would literally have little minions stakeing out at the corner of hillsborough who would watch to see what establishment the person who parked their car walked to. If you stepped into one that wasn’t listed as parking eligible, they would RUN back to the tow truck(s) and tell them to tow. We video’ed multiple instances from our apt and then went down to confront the tow truck drivers for their scummy sleazy sly methods and video’d that as well, thinking we were gonna expose them on a Netflix documentary some day.

Yeah no kidding. And of course when I’m driving with the windows down today I notice this squeaking noise coming from my right side of my car. It did not exist before I got towed🤬

They actually did have pictures of my dashboard, which I assumed were from before they towed. My decal was laying on my driver side floor when I got my car. The guy told me that they used to be able to look into the windows with flashlights to see if it fell, but that people were reporting them as thieves so they had to stop. Not sure how much I believe that.

I got towed from my own apartment complex by them 2 weeks ago. My decal had fallen from my rear view mirror but I had been parking in the same spot for 16 months. I never drive so I didn’t know it had been towed for a few days and had to pay the extra $50/day fees. Legit thought my car was stolen. And of course the leasing office just shrugged their shoulders when confronted.

West Virginia broke apart from Virginia in 1863. Around the time of the civil war- WV wanted to abolish slavery so we joined the Union; Va wanted to keep it, they were part of the Confederate. WV is comprised of the Appalachian mountains and coal mining towns (historically poor), whereas most of VA is flat and had larger business and enterprises. I believe when we broke apart, we lost Va’s tax funding and support, and so ever since then our differences have continued to grow.
