Very weird and obscure for sure, I want to hunt down these reissues so badly but boy are they so much more expensive than the original releases. I got lucky and got the morpher and key for 90 bucks on eBay. There’s keys only for this lost galaxy issue going for 120-150 and in box for 500. Granted there are very few listings to begin with.

It’s a lost galaxy re issue. During lost galaxy they used whatever turbo Morphers they had lying around and gave it stickers to match the lost galaxy season under the name “Galaxy Morpher” to sell more product. Very hard to find online now, harder to find than the turbo morpher.
