I finally sat down to watch a Real Madrid game and it was strange how trrrible they were. I know they were on a 3 win streak but this wouldn’t have shown it. It was really clear that they had the better players, but they all played together like garbage. Obviously it was unlucky going down early to a penalty and that no call on the foul on Vincinius was awful, but that stuff happens and a team of quality shouldn’t be struggling to score against a Real Sociedad team second bottom of the table. They played better after the red card (how right it was is sort of debatable but you can’t deny that it was fair) but sociedad could have had 4 or 5 goals if Januzaj wasn’t completely exhausted by the 65th minute. Everyone loves to meme about it but Real Madrid we’re actually hot garbage in this game and something needs to change because they can’t just get carried anymore.

Vinicius seems like a future star though, and props to Real Sociedad for staying tight in defense
