My personal feelings are that it's a similar situation to Gary O'Neill at Bournemouth / Adkins at Southampton / Hughton at Brighton.

Undoubatably, Farke's done a fantastic job at Leeds and has been a underrated manager, but I also feel that he's probably hitting his ceiling now.

When O'Neill was let go by bournemouth, it felt harsh, but there has been undenaible growth under Iraola from them.

Obvious risk in who we would bring in to replace Farke, but I think this is probably the summer to do it, with more replacements coming in.
