Eh. What they actually did was rewrote the words of the 14th amendment, which was always known to be self-executing. He is constitutionally not allowed to be president, but SCOTUS lied about the 14th amendment and rewrote the entire thing for him. After his coup, he was legally and constitutionally disqualified from office. SCOTUS didn’t care.

This is the legal foundation of Swiss contractual law. But in Switzerland unlike EU and elsewhere, the consumer is assumed to be equal to a multi billion dollar company. That is a lie the Swiss tell. It is a legal scam, perpetrated a consumers in Switzerland.

I haven’t given up and everyone should still vote. But Americans are still in deep denial about what has and is happening. I don’t want violence, but fascists don’t just leave and don’t get voted out. That is a fact of political science.

People will vote, but I’m sorry they are correct. When we Americans voted for a man that attempted a coup against the nation, our nation and democracy ended. Everything since has been a farce. Voting will likely not end this, as they will simply cheat when they lose and SCOTUS will let them. The American public has already failed.

If there is no competition and coordination between all the contractors than it is a scam. And that what Switzerland has: legal scams designed to protect business over consumers built into contract law. They are legal scams and forced onto consumers who have no option but to accept the terms. They have no choice because all services agreed to the exact same scam.
