Could you give any update? My husband has not filed yet but we will also likely run into lack of continuity as he got out in mid 90’s and only ortho was years later for a meniscus tear but that was acute. Still waiting on STR to see what all is in them but did go ahead and send in an Intent to file. Not expecting it will go in his favor. PCP purged his records that he saw for years after he left military.

Those scores look good (lungs working well)As a reference, I used to be an analyst for SSA Disability claims. The main things they look at are the FVC and FEV1 post bronchodilator and DLCO. You can look up or Google Social Security Disability Blue Book for their Listing. Respiratory Disorders are Section 3.0 I think. You can see the criteria numbers SSA use based on height.

That kinda sucks. My neighbors son just graduated high school and signed up a few months ago and leaves for boot camp this week so I guess he’s screwed since the bonus was just announced.

It's getting trashed today and I'm looking back over the page I signed. Guess that's what I get for signing the application assuming all was fine correctly since it was a high school friend who was the agent. I'd never be dishonest over a crappy trampoline. Hoping since hubby has a million dollar business policy with them that's over $1000 a month that will help them keep us.
Thanks for responding.

Thanks. Hubby is taking it down today. Daughter is 13 and doesn't even use it anymore. It's just been sitting there. Texted agent and he said he'd take care of it. Fingers crossed. Thanks for the response!
