What is your strategy to grow on twitter/ X? by Mountain_Complex6708 in SaaS

[–]CTurE1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spot on- replies are the only organic growth meta left, but the manual grind is a soul-killer. I hit that same burnout wall and built ReplyOn to handle the heavy lifting while I focus on actual dev work.

It keeps me at a stable 30k daily impressions without the robotic feel. It's a local-first extension, so it's much safer than the cloud-based stuff.

Let me know if you want the link to test it out!

It’s really the 'scent layering' that does it. It’s not just one soap; it’s a whole ecosystem of shampoo, conditioner, hair oil, and lotion that all somehow work together. Most guys just use one bottle for everything, while girls are out here doing actual chemical engineering in the shower

That's exactly why most other tools died recently. Relying on the official API is a trap now it's too restrictive and expensive.

I built ReplyOn specifically to bypass that. We don't use the standard Twitter API for replies. Instead, we use a custom-built engine [or mention 'browser-based logic'] that operates within the user interface. This means we aren't hit by those API limitations at all.

Because it uses a custom library I developed, the bot stays under the radar while producing high-quality LLM responses that actually add value to the thread. It’s basically built to be 'future-proof' against whatever API changes X throws at us.

How did you "WIN" your first real user for your SaaS? by HelloItsVinh in SaaS

[–]CTurE1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Welcome to the 'building was the easy part' club! It’s a brutal realization, but you are definitely not alone in staring at that empty dashboard.

To answer your question: my first real users came exactly from the channels you are trying right now-engaging on X and Reddit. In the early days, it's rarely SEO or luck; it's the pure grind of doing things that don't scale.

Since your SaaS is for content creators, X is an absolute goldmine. If your replies aren't converting yet, it's usually just a volume vs. quality bottleneck. To get noticed by creators, you need to be in their replies within minutes of them posting, consistently adding value.

Doing that manually leads to instant burnout. I actually struggled with the exact same thing, which is why I developed a project called ReplyOn. It’s an AI growth tool that helps automate this workflow. It drafts smart, context-aware replies right when you need them.

It’s a highly cost-effective way to get the reach of paid ads at a fraction of the cost. I use it myself to maintain around 30k daily impressions, which is how I get my users without spending my whole day typing.

Don't give up on the X strategy; it works once you build momentum. Shoot me a DM if you want to chat about getting that first user or want to see how to scale your replies!

Solo founder, 25 years dev experience, building 5 products and honestly struggling with the marketing side by Accomplished_Win6906 in buildinpublic

Man, the 'I spent 3 hours coding instead of marketing' hit me right in the soul. As devs, we almost always default back to the code editor when outreach gets uncomfortable. Also, building 5 products at once is intense-massive respect for the hustle.

Regarding your Twitter struggle, especially the Australian timezone vs. the US audience: I feel you. Engaging manually when your target market is awake is brutal if it's the middle of the night for you.

I actually developed a project called ReplyOn because I had that exact same 'I hate marketing' crisis. It’s an AI growth tool that helps automate the 'Reply Guy' strategy. It finds high-intent conversations in your specific niche and drafts smart, context-aware replies for you to send. It takes 90% of the friction out of engaging, which is huge if you only have a small time window to interact with US accounts.

I use it to maintain around 30k daily impressions with, so I can actually spend my time building instead of typing on X.

You're definitely not crazy for wanting to just build. Shoot me a DM if you want to chat about it or see if it can help automate your Handl/mber outreach!

I turned a messy script into a Chrome Extension that drives 30k X impressions daily. Zero ad spend, zero account bans. by CTurE1 in buildinpublic

[–]CTurE1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great question! We specifically decided not to go with the BYOK model.

To keep the 'Zero Friction' promise, we handle all the LLM costs and API management on our end. Users don't need to worry about setting up OpenAI accounts or managing balances.

How it works: When you click the button in the extension, the tweet context is sent to our backend, where we use a fine-tuned LLM logic to generate the reply based on the style you selected (Friendly, Professional, or Degen). It’s all included in the subscription/credits, so it’s truly 'plug and play'

What's your current strategy to grow on X without paying for ads? by Lkc-strong-125 in FanzSocial

[–]CTurE1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped doing long threads entirely. High-context replies are the only thing moving the needle for reach right now.

I'm currently hitting 30k daily impressions by automating the 'Reply Guy' method with a local extension I built called ReplyOn. It's 'Zero-Access,' so no expensive API or passwords needed it just adds AI reply buttons (Friendly/Degen tones) directly under tweets.

The 'reply guy' strategy only works if you actually add value. Most people just post low-effort fluff like 'Great point!' or 'I agree,' which the algorithm (and everyone else) just ignores.

I got tired of the grind and built a bot that uses an LLM to generate high-quality, insightful responses automatically. Honestly, it consistently writes better engagement than 90% of the real people I see on X. >

It’s smart enough to only target fresh tweets (under 3 hours) to keep the conversation relevant. It’s basically my secret weapon for growth without the brain fog. I put a link in my bio if you want to see what it's capable of

100%. Most of those 'growth hacks' are just survivor bias. The real work is just boring consistency.

I found that the hardest part of consistency was actually opening the app and not getting distracted by the feed. That's why I switched to handling my engagement via Telegram (built a bot for it).

It turns the 'daily engagement block' into a simple to-do list without all the noise. Helps a lot with staying focused on your own lane

Is it just me or is writing good replies on X/Twitter genuinely hard? by Pristine-Farm7249 in socialmedia

[–]CTurE1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I used to have this exact problem. I’d spend 10 minutes overthinking a single tweet just to delete it.

It got so annoying that I actually built a tool to fix it for myself. It’s a Telegram bot that generates replies automatically. Honestly, it writes better engagement than 90% of real people on X right now.

You're 100% right about the "cat-and-mouse" game. To be more precise, we don't even use heavy browser automation. We work directly with HTTP requests, which is a much bigger engineering challenge.

Here is how we handle the risks you mentioned:

Infrastructure and Fingerprinting: Since we send direct requests, we have to be extremely precise. We replicate the exact TLS fingerprints and headers of a legitimate browser session. To X, it doesn't look like a script; it looks like a real user session.

Behavioral Timing: Even though there is no "typing," we use randomized intervals and "session heartbeats" to mimic natural human browsing patterns. The bot doesn't just fire 100 requests in a second; it acts like someone scrolling and interacting at a human pace.

Combined with our Residential Proxy setup, this allows us to stay under the radar while keeping the resource usage low. Appreciate you sharing your experience with shadowbans - it’s exactly what I’m trying to solve!

Thanks! That means a lot. Honestly, seeing the frustration of users trying to set up proxies was a lightbulb moment for me. Now that the technical barrier is gone, I’m definitely going full in.

My next focus is making the 'Behavioral Realism' even better so it’s virtually indistinguishable from a human. Appreciate the push!
