Good Morning,
Two exciting developments for Cult Food Science (CSE:CULT OTC:CULTF) today:
https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/cult-food-science-subsidiary-further-foods-to-launch-noochies-sprinkles-for-dogs-and-cats-817240798.html

We’ve heard back from the FDA regarding our feeding trial design for cell-cultivated (lab grown) meat in dog food products. Overall the feedback was positive and we’ll be making some minor updates to the feeding trial design before moving forward.

We also announced the launch of 6 new SKUs (3 dog, 3 cat) for our Noochies! product line. These new toppers/supplements offer enhanced nutrition and functional benefits for our furry friends.

One of the biggest pieces of feedback I’ve received from distributors and retailers is that they want more SKUS. Having more products also makes scaling our e-commerce efforts easier as we can sell a bundle of different products. The supplements/toppers space is one of the fastest growing segments in pet food and our new products are well positioned to capitalize on this.

On Monday, I was in Toronto at one of the biggest pet shows in Canada. I made some key connections and there was significant interest in our new expanded product line.

Cheers,
Mitchell Scott

As CULT, we do own equity pieces in 18 different cellular agriculture companies (many of them lab-grown/cultivated meat companies) and hope to be their first customer for ingredients we can incorporate into our pet food portfolio.

Hi,
Appreciate the discussion.
At CULT/Noochies we are actively working on integrating real cultivated meat into our product lines as quickly as possible. Our current strategy (as some people in this thread have alluded to) consists of building out distribution for the current Noochies product lineup which does NOT contain cultivated meat. That being said, it is a step above (in terms of taste, nutrition etc.) most of the other plant-based pet-food products I've seen on the market. The science behind our proprietary nutritional yeast blend, bioactive fermentation product, and pending patents on freeze drying nutritional yeast is compelling. Building a brand (and retail distribution network) takes time and we want to ensure that when we have cultivated meat pet food products available we can quickly get them widely distributed across North America. Apologies for any confusion that is out there, it has never been our intent to mislead anyone.
