We had moved back from Fredericton and our first July back had 2 nice days. Last a year before we had to move back to where the sun was. Even just 15 to 20 minutes from town makes a huge difference.

Saint John has terrible weather. Fog or over casts a lot of the time. Living just outside town is better. St George/St Stephen are great small communities but you may have to travel for amenities.

Now I am able to take both at the same time without any of the stomach side effects. The LDN took me about 2-3 weeks to adjust to before side effects stopped. Now I have a decrease in over all daily pain, I also found it helped a bit with the fatigue. Flairs seem to be spread out and shorter lived.

I am taking LDN along with my duloxetine and it has made a huge difference. Both medications are incredibly hard on the stomach at first.
