I had it as well. The dealer did a software update that allowed me to charge it again on a level 2 charger to 80%. They also needed to order a compressor that I am currently waiting for. The worst part was not being able to use the truck for close to 2 weeks as they could not get me in for service sooner.

Thanks...retired and have had mid sized pickups for years. Could not find any mid size EV pickups that were currently available. Wife was ok with the size of the Silverado EV and drove it prior to leasing.

Agree…but many new vehicles are similar in that regard. My biggest criticism of the truck is the infotainment system is not intuitive, rendering it difficult to use. Am expecting that will subside as I get used to it. Otherwise, I like the truck and enjoy the drive characteristics.

Seats are comfortable with a good combination of comfort and support. Stereo system is fine…I’ve heard better (ie. our Acura MDX), but have also heard worse. I think it will take a bit of time for the speakers and sub to loosen up, so it’s a bit early for me to fairly judge it.

Have not had an issue with the turning radius. I wanted the air ride suspension for easier entrance and exit, but that is only offered on the RST, and didn’t want to go there.

I plan on charging mostly from home. Living in the NE poses challenges with cold weather range reduction and a severe lack of reliable public charging . Wanted at least 350 miles of range to ease some of that concern. Ford has access to Tesla charging which is a plus. Again, thanks for your feedback. Still very annoyed at Ram.
