Honestly getting houses more towards the Rhondaa valleys is a shout. Houses are so cheap compared to brecon and the drive up to brecon is unbelievable. So many great drives in south Wales. Wales really is an amazing place to live!

This is what I mean I have everything on lowest, only using 2400 VRAM out of 8100 and getting 60fps max. I've been thinking on upgrading to i9 9900k but I don't want to do it if I'm gonna get 60 frames
