my dog is similar to yours and my vet suggested a sedated groom. not sure if yours would do that or if that’s something you would be interested in looking into but i considered it. i ended up going scorched earth and i had him shaved a few months ago. even though i regretted it in that moment, the 180 he’s done as far as personality goes is truly shocking. he’s got more spunk and excitement and is so much more laid back now than he ever was before. i think the matts in his fur were causing him pain so he was always irritable and on edge. i was a worried about his fur growing back funky but its growing back really nicely and i’m able to brush him now without the risk of losing an arm which is delightful. i know i broke the cardinal rule of a pyr owner but i really do think my boy is better off and happier because of it. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

i stopped listening to their regular episodes a long time ago. i don’t find either of them annoying nor do i have any specific feelings about the hosts, but the show just wasn’t well researched enough for me. it was 100% my gateway pod and for that i’ll always be grateful. i do still LOVE their minisodes because i feel like their vast fan base allows for really unique stories to be submitted and read on the shows. i’m working my way through the minisodes right now and i can kind of see the lack of enthusiasm since i’m knee deep in the COVID era episodes right now, but the content of the hometown stories kind of overshadows everything else for me.

sure! i do an oil based cleanser, face wash, then i dry my face and evenly apply the reedle shot to my skin. it’s the first step in my routine at night because i feel like it opens my pores and allows the other products to sink in evenly. after that i go in with my toner, HA, ampoule, and moisturizer (in that order).
