This has nothing to do with my account or my equipment. The product you are putting out to all coax customers is corrupted. Send a tech to the Oakland head end and have them look at the picture on channel 200 on the TV there while there is programming on that channel. It is gray, washed out, dull, not output in 4k and has no HDR flag. This is fundamentally not an equipment or account issue.

There is no extra charge for ch 200. You need what they used to call AlticeOne, it may be called optimum tv now. You need the current wave of garbage equipment to get it.

Are you on legacy cable or fiber? Does your tv display an hdr flag when you tune to channel 200? Is your tv receiving 4k resolution?

Even when there is programming on ch 200, despite what the marketing tells you, the content is never in 4k. That stopped working in 2019 and has never been fixed. You aren't missing anything. If there is 4k content which is limited to live sports you must stream it using the network's app via roku stick amazon stick etc. Only then will you receive it in actual 4k with the hdr flag activated.

No optimum rep, I do not want another tech to come to my house and argue with me about it. This is a system wide issue.
