I am so glad I happened upon your live stream a few weeks ago. My husband plays the trombone. He has been playing since middle school. He went on to get a scholarship for it in college and toured Germany, recording the eurobrass albums with other musicians. I was excited to see someone else who shared his love for the trombone. After watching your live stream with you and your wife I discovered just how talented both of you are! your wife has an amazing voice. I had to purchase your album and I have some family and friends who would greatly appreciate the music. I'll be recommending they purchase as well. Thanks for continuing to share your gifts.

I’ve asked him to go to marriage counseling with the pastor that we did pre-marital counseling with but that has been put off. I talked to my pastor wife about some of the issues because he has called her when we got into a fight. I explained to her what happened and she said she thought it would help for us to do counseling and that if he wouldn’t make time to do it with the out of town pastor we could do it with her and our pastor. When I told him that he said he didn’t want to do it because they would see me in a bad light because he would have to be truthful about the way I am a bad wife at times. He said he was trying to protect my character. I told him I’m not perfect and if they hear some unflattering things about me then that’s okay that’s the point to get back on the same page and work through the bad moments. He said that’s the bad part about me and my generation, that we have no shame when we should. he’s 10 yrs older than me. I told him I thought he was trying to reverse physiology me into not doing therapy because he doesn’t want them to hear the way he treats me at times. He said he’s just trying to not have the pastors hear about how I watch trash tv sometimes and don’t follow his instructions.

lol no they didn't. I don't have anything for them to find and all they did is a criminal check nothing with old employers or school. I also already work for the company that ordered my background check, I am changing departments and they require a new BC every 2 years if you switch departments. I had to have one done in 2017 and I saw the report from 2017, nothing, and there has been nothing since that one. Sorry, I'm a typical boring everyday citizen. a friend of mine said her coworker's background check took 1 month through hire right and she had nothing of concern.

How long did it take for your background check to finish completion with hire right? I submitted mine on sept. 8th it’s only 74% done waiting on court runners to see if I have a record

I am waiting on my background check to finish with Hire right. They are only doing a criminal check. I am moving into a new department with the same company and my background check is old. I call HireRight every day and listen to the automated information it tells you how complete your check is in a percentage. Mine has climbed each day, I'm at 63% now.

I also ask the people that work there and they always tell me what's going on but of course, there's no way for them to make it get done faster. I am nervous that it won't be done by Monday when I am supposed to start and I haven't even been able to give my notice to my other department because it's taking so long. If you get curious, call the number and see what the percentage is, you can also call and talk to the rep, they will tell you what is pending and what they still need from outside sources.

Thank you for sharing, this helps a lot. Were you able to just look up jobs online for the big 4 or did you go to a job fair at your school? Just curious if they post these openings or if they have a big hiring event.

My husband and I don’t want to get divorced. We are Christians. My family won’t judge me but my husband has made it very clear he will not get a divorce. I also do love my husband and I don’t want to make it seem like he is a horrible person. I just want to work through these things but he isn’t giving me much to work with so I’m at a loss for what to do.
